1. Flying & viewing landmarks is subject to weather conditions and approval received from Air Traffic Control & Chief Flying Instructor
2. The sortie in the air would last for about 25 mins
3. Age limit: At least 5 years and above(Kids can be given a flight experience with the written permission of their parents)
4. People with health problems like heart disease, breathing problems, etc. cannot avail this offer
5. Ladies who are 24 weeks or more into pregnancy cannot avail this offer
6. Person availing this offer have to carry a photo ID (Passport, Driving License, Adhar card, Pan Card, Voters’ Id) with them for security clearance at the airfield
7. If the weather is not suitable for flying, the Joy Ride would be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date.
8. If you call on the day of the event & cancel or do not show up, the advance amount is forfeited.
9. The flying route is planned after receiving permission from ATC Shamshabad. While we try & cover major areas, it may not be possible due to permissions not being granted
10. Prior reservation is mandatory for all Joy Rides.
