Terms and Conditions

1) The above mentioned Prices may not be applicable for future events at resort.
2) The above pre wedding photo shoot is applicable for one couple only
3) The above pre wedding photo shoot is not applicable for any other commercial advertisement or any other photo shoot.
4) 50% payment in advance will be done.
5) Balance payment to be done right after reaching resort. No cash and cheque payments are accepted at the Castle
6) If any Cancellations 25% will be the cancellation charges same will be refundable 2 to 7 working days
7) After confirmation of the booking the person in charge of the group has to submit Id Proof as per the formality.
8) WhatsApp booking advice is mandatory at the time of Check in.
9) Only the conversation which are documented between the Guest and Resort team are valid.
10) The above terms and conditions are subject to change any time without prior notice.
11) Outside Food / Snacks and Beverages are strictly not allowed.
12) Colors are strictly prohibited.
13) No refund or adjustment will be done after payment.
14) All the Games are Complimentary except the indoor games.
15) Shoes and Pants are Mandatory for Adventure Games and for Trekking.
