Terms and Conditions

• Age group 6yrs & above
• Prior Appointment mandatory (Upon purchase, you will receive a voucher with the reservation number). Rescheduling may result in additional charges
• For Weekend Appointments, recommend calling 2-3 days in advance
• Voucher Printout is mandatory
• Client to reach the Jetty 10 mins before the slot booked
• Client to sign the Indemnity Form and wear the life jackets in that period. Sailing & Fishing to be conducted under the guidance of Skipper and Sailor
• Life Jackets will be provided J24 Sailing Yacht
• Taxes included
• Cost is inclusive of Transportation from Motor Boat to Sailing Boat.
• Customer needs to carry a Photo Id (for security reason) along with voucher

Booking Terms & Conditions:
• Booking confirmation subject to availability of slot.
• For every booking, a 100% advance fee for booking confirmation.
• Taxes at the rate 12.36% applicable over the above booking fee. Client to carry National identity proof.
• The time slot booked by the client will be for that fixed time period only, and will remain unaffected by any delay on behalf of the clients.
• Clients to adhere to all safety norms as per captains and sailing guidelines
• Any damage to the yacht would be billed to the client.
• Any unlawful action and activity by any client shall be actioned on a serious note.
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others
• Client shall take care of their personal belongings, crew shall not be held liable.
• Experience is subject to weather and other conditions.

Cancellation policy for charters :
• No refund policy.
• If the experience cannot be conducted due to weather/ any other reason, refund of up to 90% of the package price.
