    Do I need to be on fasting for blood tests?
    Yes. Most of the blood tests require fasting. Please be on fasting for 10 to 12 Hours. You can take water but no coffee or tea.

    Do I need to be on fasting for scans as well?
    Please call up the centre number mentioned in the email you receive. They will advise you accordingly. For Ultrasound Abdomen - They may advise you to have water.

    How soon I can be at the clinic?
    The centres are fully operational by 7.00 AM.

    Do outlets accept Card Payments?
    Yes. You can pay either in cash or through credit cards.

    How are the test reports delivered?
    The Soft Copy of the reports will be made available for a limited time on their site. For hard copies of reports, you need to personally visit the centre again to collect. The Username (mobile) and Password will be printed on Payment Receipt or you can use the OTP.
