Terms and Conditions

1) Guests are requested to be appropriately attired while using swimming pool (trunks /
Nylon / synthetic costumes) and sports shoes to utilize the sports facilities. (T-Shirts,
Shirts, leggings cotton pants, half pants and Bermuda are not allowed in the swimming
pool)
2) Parents are liable for their children! Children under the age of 10 Not permitted in any pools
3) In company of a person authorised to look after them.-Less than 4 years are not allowed in any of the pools even with parents /Or Occupants.
4) STRICTLY No Diving at Swimming Pools, Persons above the age of 50 are not permitted in any of the Swimming pools
5) Guest with Influence of Alcohol and on any Medication are -Strictly Not Permitted in Any Pools
6) People with infectious diseases must not enter the pool facility.
7) For hygiene reasons, guests must shower prior to entering a pool, and turn off the shower after use.
8) The guests may strictly be instructed not to move around the unlit areas of the hotel.
9) The hotel shall not be liable for injuries and other intrusions of guests’ privacy caused by
10) other guests or third parties not belonging to the hotel staff.
11) Guest is requested to take care of their valuable and belongings Resort Management/Staffs are not responsible if anything lost, damaged, or stolen
12) As an industry policy we would be charging the minimum persons guaranteed by you even if person are less on the day as our food preparation depends on this
13) The difference between the guaranteed number and expected number of pax should not exceed 10%.
14) Food will be served for all day out guest in a common buffet area.
15) Pan/ Gutka/ Pan Masala Strictly not allowed in the Resort Premises –
16) Smoking in designated areas only
17) Wrist Bands are tied at the entrance of the Reception or Entrance of the Resort for identification
18) No firework display is allowed on the premises. {Required prior approval}
19) No musical activity will be allowed at the poolside
20) The hotel shall not be liable for injuries and other intrusions of guests’ privacy caused by
21) other guests or third parties not belonging to the hotel staff.
22) Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
23) Outside food, Liquors Beverages in any form strictly not permitted.
24) Liquor serving time up to 10:30 pm only in all our outlets.
25) Hard Liquor & Beer would will be served in the allotted areas only.
26) DJ & Music arrangement at the Cave or Dome Disco can be organized only till 10:30 pm.
(any live dance performance or musical program like orchestra / live singing for that PPL
license is must from event team)
27) Private vehicles are not allowed beyond the parking area.
28) Parking area provided, parking at owners Risk- Resort management is not responsible for any vehicle damages-
29) Any breakage or damage would be charged.
30) The hotel will provide normal lighting at the event venue. The event organizer should make the necessary arrangements for extra power requirements, cables, wires etc.
31) All guest items should be removed from the Hotel immediately after the conclusion of the function including banner, backdrops, props, AV equipment’s, mantap, floral, stages etc.
32) The Hotel will not be responsible for damages / missing items if not removed by the guest/suppliers.
33) The guests may strictly be instructed not to move around the unlit areas of the hotel.
34) Exclusivity for parties at public areas (Pool side, Lounge, Lawn etc.) cannot be assured.
35) Strictly Outside Liquor is Not allowed as per law
36) Hard liquor, Beer, Soda and Soft drinks must be taken from the hotel only. Do let us
know if you require any cocktail snacks along with the drinks and the same would be
charged accordingly.
37) Drivers are not allowed in the guest area. Food arrangement will be made at the cafeteria
with additional cost.
38) Management Reserves the right to release any Tentative Booking, if the same is not
confirmed within 48 days after the tentative booking.
39) Confirmation of booking are subject to first come first serve basis, the management
reserves the right to release any booking, if it’s not confirmed.
40) All Correspondence regard to tentative bookings, confirmation and amendment are to be
done by written letter mail. Bookings made over the phone will not be accepted.
41) Any Unexpected requirement subject to availability
