Terms and Conditions

1) There would be additional charge of 18% towards GST on entire billing;
2) In order to confirm the booking, you would be required to make 50% payment towards the estimated billing amount as per the Minimum Guarantee. The Balance payment to be paid at the time of Check In either in Cash. Please note that the invoice would be shared on next working day;
3) Minimum Guarantee (MG): refers to the minimum number of persons to be paid for. In case the actual number of attendees on the day of event is less than the MG, there will be no refund of any kind;
4) If the payment is being made through Master/VISA Credit Card there would be additional charge of 2.54% and through American Express Credit Card, there would be additional charge of Rs. 3.54% on the entire billing;
5) Booking made are non-refundable or non-adjustable. 100% retention charge will apply for all cancellations;
6) Any activity/service not covered in the package will be provided at extra cost and paid directly at resort;
7) Check In and Check Out Timings
8) Day Outing (Check In: 10:00 AM and Check Out: 06:00 PM)
9) Residential Stay (Check In: 01:00 PM and Check Out: 11:00 AM on next day)
10) The guests will be bound by all the house rules, regulations and by laws in force during their stay.
